Eddie graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, specialising in chemistry, with additional studies in materials science, physics and mathematics.

Her final year studies were focused on organic and biological chemistry. Also during her final academic year, Eddie spent her vacations working here at Schlich.

After graduating, Eddie returned to train as a UK and European patent attorney and following one year in the profession, she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Bournemouth University, for which she was awarded a distinction. Eddie now continues her training as a UK and European patent attorney, building her skills in patent drafting, prosecution, opposition and due diligence.
